Founded by Boone local Liam Calhoun, Capstone specializes in crawlspace encapsulations, moisture control, radon mitigation, insulation, drainage systems, sump installation, dehumidifiers, and organic growth remediation for homeowners throughout Boone and the surrounding High Country.

As a husband to Anna Joy and father to their son Fisher, Liam understands how important it is for a home to be safe, healthy, and properly cared for. That mindset carries into every project Capstone takes on.
